Policies

• Spa parties of 3 or more automatically will be charged 20% Gratuity. 
• Early Arrival - To enhance your spa experience, we provide a private locker, slippers, robe, and amenities. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to relax in our quiet room and enjoy herbal teas. Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time.
• Cancellation - Packages are reserved for you using multiple employees, parties of 2 or more will need to provide 72 hours cancellation notice or will be charged for full price of service.
• Appointments for multiple services must be held with a credit card.
• Appointment Scheduling - As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. However, guests are invited to telephone the spa two days prior to their appointments to confirm.
• Services and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift certificates must be presented at time of payment.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• Color services are guaranteed if you are using our Philip Pelusi shampoo and conditioner.
